Rudy Coby, also known as "Labman", is a veteran of television programs and live performances worldwide. He is a respected member of the Comedy and Magic Castle in Los Angeles, and has entertained audiences globally since the mid-1980s after venturing from his native middle-New York upbringing. Finding a solid legacy as an American comedian and magician, Coby appeared in a steady string of small theatrical live shows, and on broadcast television; most notably in two Fox prime-time television specials. He is known for delivering eclectic and original comedic performances, of which stage magic plays a large part. However, he jokingly refers to himself as a "scientist". He is also known for his peculiar, thickly-sprayed hair style; a style he once confided amongst friends got him into a row with the local thugs outside a conveniece store in his youth.
